Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette
Wow! Here is a vinaigrette that stays blended yet is not creamy.
This beautiful vinaigrette holds together naturally to evenly coat anything you want to put it on or dip into it. Our specialized method of blending fresh garlic and other seasonings with a standard balsamic mixture is what keeps it blended, not added stabilizers or thickeners. This blending also draws out the natural sweetness of garlic which is often hidden behind its heat. Try it also as an excellent marinade for meat and seafood or as a dip for fresh baguette or Italian crusty loaf.
Canola oil, lemon juice (water, concentrated lemon juice, sulphites, lemon oil), garlic, balsamic vinegar, granulated garlic, mustard powder, salt, and herbs.
